We’re excited to introduce Alice, Profituity’s AI-powered assistant, designed to make your experience with PlatformNext even more efficient. Alice is here to answer your questions about how to use PlatformNext and guide you through ACH-related topics. While she can’t answer questions about your specific data just yet, that feature is coming soon!

We’ve made navigation even simpler by moving the Main Menu from the top of the screen to the left-hand side. This change gives you more space to focus on what matters most — your data.
To keep you informed and up-to-date, we’ve relocated important alerts and notices to the new Notification Pane. You’ll find it conveniently placed on the right-hand side of your screen, ensuring that you never miss anything crucial. When there’s something new, you’ll see a number badge displayed, so you’ll always know when to check.
We’ve added a new 'Manage View' button to make handling your custom views easier than ever. You’ll find it located just above your grid, giving you quick access to save new custom views or load your previously saved ones. Explore this feature to streamline your workflow and make the most of your custom views!
