Onboard+

  • We’re excited to introduce Onboard+, a new tool that transforms merchant onboarding with an easy-to-use drag-and-drop form builder. Create custom onboarding workflows effortlessly, reducing friction and saving time. With Onboard+, you can deliver a seamless, tailored experience that reflects your brand while streamlining your operations.

November 2024

  • Added support for IAT (International ACH Transactions) for use cases where both bank accounts are at US financial institutions and the currency is USD but there is a foreign party that must be identified on the transaction.

  • Added a merchant display name separate from legal name and dba name to help identify merchants when they have multiple setups for the same business.

  • Updated reporting date selection and display to align with the configured local time zone.

  • Platform Portal undo rejected payment support

  • Payment rejection for an outstanding recovery item will now exclude exception accounts

  • New Recovery Item Summary Report in the Platform Portal providing an overview of recovery item status by merchant

Alice AI-powered Assistant

  • We’re excited to introduce Alice, Profituity’s AI-powered assistant, designed to make your experience with PlatformNext even more efficient. Alice is here to answer your questions about how to use PlatformNext and guide you through ACH-related topics. While she can’t answer questions about your specific data just yet, that feature is coming soon!

User Interface Redesign

  • We’ve made navigation even simpler by moving the Main Menu from the top of the screen to the left-hand side. This change gives you more space to focus on what matters most — your data.

  • To keep you informed and up-to-date, we’ve relocated important alerts and notices to the new Notification Pane. You’ll find it conveniently placed on the right-hand side of your screen, ensuring that you never miss anything crucial. When there’s something new, you’ll see a number badge displayed, so you’ll always know when to check.

  • We’ve added a new 'Manage View' button to make handling your custom views easier than ever. You’ll find it located just above your grid, giving you quick access to save new custom views or load your previously saved ones. Explore this feature to streamline your workflow and make the most of your custom views!
