How-to: Unlock a User (Merchant Portal)

The system will automatically lock users after repeatedly entering their password incorrectly. Note that users will automatically be un-locked after 5 minutes.

Procedure

  • Log in

  • Access the Setup Section

    • Navigate to the Main Menu and select Setup.

  • Navigate to Users

    • Click the Users option.

  • Locate the User

    • Locate the user who is currently locked out.

  • Unlock User

    • Click the Actions button next to the user and choose the Unlock User option.

  • Confirm

    • Click Yes to confirm that you want to unlock the user.
