How-to: Unlock a User (Merchant Portal)
The system will automatically lock users after repeatedly entering their password incorrectly. Note that users will automatically be un-locked after 5 minutes.
Procedure
Log in
Log into the reporting website with your user credentials.
Access the Setup Section
Navigate to the Main Menu and select Setup.
Navigate to Users
Click the Users option.
Locate the User
Locate the user who is currently locked out.
Unlock User
Click the Actions button next to the user and choose the Unlock User option.
Confirm
Click Yes to confirm that you want to unlock the user.
