How-to: Reset a User's Password (Merchant Portal)

Procedure

  • Log in

  • Access the Setup Section

    • Navigate to the Main Menu and select Setup.

  • Navigate to Users

    • Click the Users option.

  • Locate the User

    • Locate the user whose password you wish to reset in the grid.

  • Edit the User

    • Click the Actions button next to the user and choose the Edit option.

  • Enter a New Password

    • Enter a password for the user or click the Generate Password button to generate a random password.

  • (Recommended) Force Password Change

    • Click the checkbox to force the user to change their password the next time they login.

  • Save Changes

    • Click Save to save your changes.
