Audit Portal Overview

This guide provides information for Auditees about features of the Audit portal.

The Audit Portal is where auditee users complete their assigned audits. If you’ve been invited to participate in an audit, this is where you’ll upload documents, answer questions, complete checklists, and submit the audit for review.

Each audit you’ve been assigned will appear in your portal, and you can work through the required sections at your own pace. Once everything is complete, you’ll mark the audit as ready for review so the auditor can begin their evaluation.

Accessing Your Audits

  1. Log into the Audit Portal
You’ll receive a link from your organization or auditor.

  2. View Assigned Audits
On your dashboard, you’ll see a list of audits you’ve been invited to. Each entry shows:

    • Audit name

    • Current status (e.g., Not Started, In Progress)

    • Due date (if applicable)

    • Steps of the audit and each current status

Starting an Audit

  1. Start the Audit
    Click the Start Audit button.

  2. Review Sections
The audit may include one or more of the following:

    • Questionnaire – Answer questions related to policies, procedures, or operations.

    • Checklist – Complete assigned tasks by confirming or providing requested details.

    • Required Documents – Upload documents such as policies, logs, or other supporting materials.

You can work through these sections in any order unless otherwise instructed by the auditor.

Saving Your Work

  • Your responses and uploads are saved automatically as you go in checklist and uploading documents. You must use the Save & Exit button to leave and return to the questionnaire, and click the Finish Questionnaire button when you are finished with the questionnaire for it to be complete.

  • You can return to the audit at any time before marking it ready for review.

Submitting for Review

Once you've finished all your sections:

  1. Review your responses and documents to ensure everything is complete.

  2. Click "Mark Ready for Review" on the dashboard or in the actions drop down button of the View Audit Section.

This notifies the auditor that your part of the audit is complete. After this point, the auditor may follow up with feedback or questions if needed.

After Submission

  • You can see your completed audit by clicking View Audit.

  • You’ll receive updates if the auditor adds comments or requests additional information.

  • You can continue to collaborate in the portal until the audit is finalized.
